The CAP money course is a video based course with some small group discussion. It is pretty relaxed and you can say as much or as little as you want. We hope that you will come out of it with more skills to better manage your money. Whether you are newly retired or been retired a while, or recently begun the journey of managing your finances alone following the loss of a loved partner, or want to be able to help younger family members with ideas for their future planning, Then CAP money is for you.

Week 1 - Setting goals, Building a budget, access to CAP money online

Week 2 - Balancing your budget, the CAP money System, making a system that works for you

Week 3 - Savings, Maintenance - keeping things ticking over, dealing with debt
