What will be covered:
Nutrition basics – Guide for eating for a healthy heart, nutrition basics for creating a healthy plate, easy to understand guidelines on fat and salt.
Food labels – How to read and understand food labels, and how we can use this to make healthy informed choices when grocery shopping.
Q+A and Refreshments– A chance to ask any burning questions relating to nutrition in a relaxed setting.
